Terms And Conditions
1) Check-in and Check-out Policy:
For Night Occupants:
From 6PM to 9AM check-in, rooms will be reserverd from 6PM onwards. Customer's check-out time will be 24hrs from 6PM and not from the time they check-in.
For Day Occupants:
From 9AM to 6PM check-in, check-out time is 24hrs from the time the customer checks-in.
2) Amount we collect online is the advance amount to keep your room/s reserved for one night based on the availability. This advance amount will be adjusted against the rent over the stay at the time of check-out.
3) Maximum 2 adults and one child below 10 years are allowed in one room. Extra person/bed will be charged if required.
4) Rooms are strictly based on the availability. After payment being made if rooms are unavailable, we initiate the refund process within 5 to 6 business hours.
5) Confirmation of the room/s reserved will be considered within 5 to 6 business hours by an email to the registered email address of the customer.
6) Cancellation Policy:
100% cancellation charges before 48hrs of check-in.
10% cancellation charges above 48hrs of check-in
